Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

1. Annual Memberships

Domestic Annual and Global Annual memberships renew every 12 months unless canceled. Members may cancel at any time by emailing mcaresolutionsllc@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and benefits continue until the end of the current paid term.

2. Initial Annual Purchase Refunds

A full refund may be requested within seven calendar days of the initial annual membership purchase, provided PetSol has not yet delivered any coordination or assistance. After this window or once assistance has been provided, no prorated refund is offered for voluntary cancellation.

3. Automatic Renewal Refunds

A full refund may be requested within seven calendar days after an automatic annual renewal if no coordination or assistance has been delivered during the new membership year. An approved refund ends access for the refunded membership period.

4. Additional Pets

Annual additional-pet fees follow the same seven-day refund eligibility rules, measured from the applicable add-on purchase or renewal. Additional-pet fees are not covered by the Loyalty Price Guarantee.

5. Trip Pass

A $60 Trip Pass covers one declared trip of up to 30 days for one pet. A full refund is available only if the cancellation request is received before the scheduled trip start date AND PetSol has not provided any coordination or assistance, including pre-travel support. Once assistance has begun or the scheduled trip start date arrives, no refund is available for voluntary cancellation.

6. Requesting Cancellation or a Refund

Email mcaresolutionsllc@gmail.com with your name, membership details, and request. We will review the request under this policy and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

7. Exceptions

We will review and correct duplicate charges and billing errors as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
